## Information and enquiries
Descriptions are introductory information. An enquiry does not create a service agreement, reserve a workshop place or enrol you in an app beta. Scope, deliverables, price and any confidentiality arrangements are agreed separately before paid work begins.

## Products in development
Screenshots show development versions. Features and availability may change. A product page is not a promise of a release date. App use and purchases will be subject to the applicable app terms and privacy notice.

## Content and open source
Website text, branding and screenshots are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may link to this website and make uses permitted by law. Open-source tools linked here are governed by the licence in each repository; these website terms do not replace those licences.

## External services
LinkedIn, GitHub, app stores and other linked websites are separate services with their own terms. Links do not imply endorsement by those providers.

## Appropriate use
Do not disrupt the website, access systems without authorisation or submit sensitive records through an initial enquiry. Public pages may be read by people and automated agents; Markdown versions are provided for convenience and describe the same offer.
