# Mambo Meadow

A quiet place to practice. A personal practice journal for iPhone, currently in development. No public download or release date announced.

## The app
- Guided breathing: choose rounds, breaths and cadence; follow audio cues, add music or practice in silence; save completed sessions.
- Activity journal: log planks, cold showers and custom activities.
- Progress: revisit history and explore charts by activity and time period.
- Fasting: choose and adjust a start and target, follow elapsed and remaining time, end or cancel, and revisit history.

## Custom activities
Create activities for your own practice. Give each activity a name, choose an icon and add tags to keep it organised. Record a duration in minutes and seconds, with the date and time of the session. Revisit those entries in History and Progress. Removing a custom activity from your list keeps its existing history.

## Your records
Local practice and tracking work without an app account or internet connection. Your journal is stored on your iPhone. Manage iCloud backup in Data, where you can turn it off. Export a backup to Files or iCloud Drive independently of automatic sync. iCloud support is still being developed and verified before release.
